We have a hybrid working set up and therefore you will be required to attend our Hamburg office minimum twice per week.
About the role
As a Marketing Coordinator in Germany, you will report to the Director, Marketing DACH and Nordics and help build the pipeline, drive marketing activities and support the sales team to drive business growth. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager DACH, the local Sales and Customer Success teams and the Global Digital and Brand & Content teams.
You will be responsible for assisting in the execution of B2B marketing webinars and events (owned and sponsored), content and communications, leading efforts across demand generation, marketing operations and digital marketing. We are looking for the next colleague who has a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, a unique knack for copywriting (in German and English), and clever problem solving, coupled with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
What you’ll be doing
- Events: organise and project manage webinars and physical events e.g. exhibitions/fairs, breakfasts, customer events, etc.
- Emails: write and localise newsletters, product emails, invitations
- Content generation and maintenance: Sales enablement, decks, onepagers, blogs, articles, social posts, web and landing pages, Social media postings
- Copywriting/Localisation: You will write original copy in German, and translate global assets (from English to German) for your market, ensuring a high level of quality and compelling content.
- Reports and Analytics: Create and maintain reports on marketing activities and also observe the competition as well as research, analyse and summarise market trends/events and their impact on a regular basis.
What you’ll bring to the team
Some experience in marketing, ideally in Tech / Saas companies.
A commercial mindset, and lots of fresh ideas to increase demand generation and pipeline. We are a fast-growing company and have ambitious objectives!
You thrive working in fast-paced, fluid and challenging environments, and you are comfortable working remotely and with teams based in other countries.
The ability to work autonomously, but also in a highly collaborative environment. One of our team’s mottos is “sharing is caring”, we love to bounce ideas off of each other!
Demonstrated high proficiency with a variety of commonly used marketing tools.
The ability to create, manage and analyse status reports for your marketing KPIs.
Basic knowledge working with product, demand generation and sales enablement teams.
Good stakeholder management, and the ability to work efficiently with other teams, external suppliers and partners.
A true team player with a willingness to share knowledge and experience.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Native and business-fluent German speaker and speak fluent English.
