We have a hybrid working set up and therefore you will be required to attend our Oslo office twice per week.
About the role
As a Sales Engineer, you are essential to the sales team and play an important part in the sales cycle. You will consult with buyers to understand their operations and identify how Quinyx can add value. You’ll build on this understanding to design the solution vision, present demonstrations during the sales cycle, and define the high level scope of the solution. You will drive the sales processes from a technical standpoint, working closely with the sales team to influence and provide credibility to C-level executives.
You’ll be working closely within the global Sales Engineering team based across Europe and North America. You'll find a group of individuals who genuinely care about each other's success and well-being, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer guidance when needed. What you’ll be doing
Understand a buyer's business challenges and define the solution vision that clearly showcases the value of Quinyx.
To contribute to the qualification of buyers, proposed demonstration criteria, and sales cycle closure plans.
Solution with buyers to determine how Quinyx fits into their overall technology strategy.
Craft a story using in-depth product knowledge to provide functional and technical solutions to customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Work with the Product, R&D and Professional Services teams to feedback on current products and provide input to new solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to craft RFI / RFP submissions, and answer security questionnaires.
Continuously learn and grow your knowledge of the Quinyx product and your buyers industry trends.
What you’ll bring to the team
Dynamic presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills, specifically to a C-level leadership audience.
Experience in diagnosing complex business challenges and leading the process of defining the solution.
Background in a broad range of solutions, such as Workforce Management, HCM, Task Management, Payroll, LMS or other SaaS software.
Professionalism and passion in supporting our mission to improve the work lives of the frontline workforce
