We have a hybrid working set up and therefore you will be required to attend our London office minimum twice per week.
About the role
As a Quinyx Partner Manager, you will support the development of our partners success plans and own the execution and management of several strategic partnerships.
This role is predicated on building, nurturing and leveraging cross functional teams within Quinyx and its partner’s businesses, including working closely with independent country leadership and commercial teams.
You will be responsible for maintaining targeted action plans, delivering insights and supporting the achievement of revenue growth targets in the region by driving the overall market adoption of Quinyx solutions and partner services.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and Cultivate Enterprise Technology, SI and Consultancy partnerships, based on specific forecasted goals and targets from Strategic, Marketing, and Sales alliances perspectives.
Establish a regular cadence with partners for pipeline, opportunity and business reviews to help create, drive and grow pipeline, new revenues and manage progress against targets.
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the partner’s solutions and technology by developing a deep understanding of our partner’s strategies, technology, offerings, Go-To-Market model and incentive programs.
Plan, develop, and execute joint collaboration activities with Quinyx and partner marketing (e.g. events, webinars, white papers, customer success stories, demand generation programs, etc).
Communicate partner strategy, joint offer value propositions and Go-To-Market strategy to key stakeholders (e.g. Country Managers, Sales, BDMs).
Work cross functionally, including with the Sales teams, to drive efficiency and optimization, streamline related workstreams and generate enablement materials.
Meet revenue quota targets, maintain accurate records, provide revenue forecasts.
Accountability for business relationships with selected partners (e.g. identification, engagement, negotiation and implementation).
Build and manage predictable and sustainable pipelines with specific strategic partnership accounts.
What you’ll bring to the team
Extensive experience in Partnerships driven Role
Knowledge of WFM (workforce management, workforce optimisation, AI) and related tech/HCM/payroll eco-systems
Prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Hyper-focused, only focusing on deals and relationships that impact company growth.
Positive thinker, upbeat, high energy and self-motivated.
