Als Partner Manager DACH verantwortest du die Strategie und die Beziehungen, die aus dieser Chance konkretes Umsatzwachstum machen. Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Geschäftsführung, den Führungsteams unserer Partner und den Kolleg:innen bei Quinyx (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) zusammen — und baust etwas auf, das langfristig trägt.

Deine Aufgaben
Du verantwortest unsere Enterprise-Technology-, SI- und VAR-Partnerschaften in der DACH-Region — von der Identifikation und Verhandlung bis hin zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
Du definierst Strategie, Ziele und Massnahmenpläne — und lieferst die Umsatzergebnisse
Du etablierst mit jedem Partner einen festen Rhythmus: Pipeline-Reviews, gemeinsame Opportunities, Business Reviews
Du wirst intern zur ersten Adresse für die Technologie, das Angebot und die Go-To-Market-Strategie unserer Partner
Du entwickelst mit dem Marketing-Team gemeinsame Kampagnen — Events, Webinare, Kundenstories, Demand Generation — die tatsächlich Pipeline erzeugen
Du übersetzt Partnerstrategien in klare Botschaften für unsere Führungskräfte, Country Manager und BDMs
Du forecastest präzise und sorgst dafür, dass alle wissen, wo wir stehen
Was du mitbringst
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch — du wechselst täglich zwischen beiden Sprachen
Nachweisbare Erfahrung als Partner Manager (oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle) mit messbarem Umsatzbeitrag
Ende-zu-Ende-Verantwortung für Partnerbeziehungen — du hast Partner selbst identifiziert, gewonnen, gestartet und ausgebaut
Routine in langen, vielschichtigen Sales-Zyklen (6–9 Monate sind hier normal)
Kommerzielle Klarheit — du erkennst, welche Partnerschaften den Unterschied machen, und wo sich Einsatz nicht lohnt
Schön zu haben
Hintergrund in HR-Tech, Workforce Management oder Payroll

Du bist ein:e geborene:r Kommunikator:in — souverän im Gespräch mit einem CRO und genauso authentisch mit dem Sales-Rep auf Partnerseite. Du bringst Energie und unternehmerisches Denken in unklare Situationen und schaffst Klarheit, statt auf sie zu warten. Du bist optimistisch, aber nicht naiv — und du wirst von Aufbauen angetrieben, nicht vom Verwalten.

Partner Manager DaCH (German speaking)
DaCH is one of the most exciting workforce management markets in Europe — and Quinyx's partner ecosystem here is just getting started. As our Partner Manager for the region, you'll own the strategy and the relationships that turn that opportunity into revenue. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our leadership team, our partners' leadership teams, and the cross-functional crew at Quinyx (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to build something that compounds.
If you like the idea of shaping a region rather than inheriting a playbook, this is for you.
What you'll do
Own our Enterprise Technology, SI and VAR partnerships across DaCH — from identification and negotiation through to ongoing growth
Set the strategy, the targets and the action plans, and hit your revenue numbers
Run a regular cadence with each partner — pipeline reviews, joint opportunities, business reviews
Become the internal go-to expert on each partner's tech, offering and Go-To-Market motion
Build joint campaigns with Marketing — events, webinars, customer stories, demand generation — that actually drive pipeline
Translate partner strategy into clear language for our leadership, Country Managers and BDMs
Forecast accurately and keep the business honest about where things stand
What we're looking for
Business fluent in German and English — you'll switch between both every day
A track record as a Partner Manager (or close cousin of the role) with measurable revenue impact
End-to-end accountability for partner relationships — you've identified, signed, launched and grown them yourself
Comfort with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–9 months is normal here)
Commercial sharpness — you know which partnerships move the needle and which ones don't
Nice to have
A background in HR tech, workforce management or payroll

You're a natural communicator who can hold your own with a CRO one minute and a partner's sales rep the next. You bring energy and entrepreneurial instinct to ambiguous situations, and you create clarity rather than wait for it. You're optimistic without being naïve, and you're motivated by building things — not by maintaining them.
