🎯 About the role
We are looking for someone to learn the ins and outs of office and facilities management at our Amsterdam office. You'll work under the guidance of our Global Facilities Manager, who will be your mentor as you build hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day life of the office. You'll grow into the work as your understanding develops. While you'll have plenty of practical exposure to keeping the office running smoothly, the focus is on learning the craft of facilities and office operations in an international SaaS environment.
We'd love for you to join us in Amsterdam for 6 to 12 months, starting August/September 2026.
📚 What you'll learn
How to run the day-to-day operations of a modern, people-first office.
The full scope of facilities and office management in an international SaaS company, from supplier coordination to international office projects.
Practical experience with access management systems (Kisi), vendor management, and event planning.
How global office operations are coordinated across multiple locations.
📝 What you’ll do
Be the first point of contact for the Amsterdam office, helping the team with their queries and communicating information relevant to the office.
Order and manage groceries for the Amsterdam team, ensuring the office is always well-stocked.
Be part of the social committee and organize fun events at the Amsterdam office.
Proactively handle office maintenance tasks; think coffee and ice machine descaling, plant care, and keeping everything in great shape.
Work closely with the Global Facilities Manager to ensure a consistent and high-quality office experience.
Collaborate on global office projects to ensure all Quinyx offices live up to a high standard.
Support globally by handling first-line office and facilities queries from teams across the business.
✅ What we’re looking for
Professional fluency in English, and Dutch is a plus.
Studying Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or a related bachelor's programme.
Available for 40 hours per week.
Currently enrolled at a Dutch educational institution for the full duration of the internship, and eligible to do an internship in the Netherlands.
Available for 40 hours per week, full-time in office.
The internship must be part of your studies or aligned with your educational programme.
