π― About the role
As a TA Partner at Quinyx, you'll be joining a small but mighty People team, reporting directly to the VP of People and working alongside one fellow TA Partner. Your remit is broad and your impact will be real: you'll own full-cycle recruitment across 9 international markets, partnering with hiring managers at every level β from first-time people managers to seasoned senior leaders.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and process inbound applications. We're building something here. We have high ambitions and now we need a talent partner who wants to help us create what we believe can be the best TA function in Europe. If that excites you, read on.
π What you'll do
Own the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end across multiple roles and markets simultaneously β from intake call to signed offer
Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines across 9 markets
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business, from early-career managers to senior leadership β adapting your approach and managing expectations with confidence
Bring structure and rigour to how we hire: use data, evidence and best practice to make great decisions and continuously improve our processes
Contribute to building the TA function itself β help shape frameworks, tools and ways of working as we scale
Ensure every candidate gets a great experience, regardless of outcome
β What we're looking for
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-scaling tech or SaaS environment
A strong track record in proactive sourcing β you know how to find and engage people who aren't actively looking
Experience hiring across multiple markets or geographies
Excellent stakeholder management skills β you build trust fast, push back when needed, and adapt your style to your audience
A structured, evidence-based mindset β you use data to drive decisions and hold yourself to a high bar
Fluency in English (additional languages are a real bonus given our market spread)
β¨ Nice to have (but not required)
Experience recruiting across a broad range of functions and seniority levels β in tech, product, commercial, operations
Experience recruiting for complex tech roles
Hands-on experience building or improving a TA function from scratch
Familiarity with structured interviewing and psychometric assessment tools (we use Alva Labs)
A genuine interest in employer branding and candidate experience
Experience working in LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, Refapp, HiBob or G Suite as these make our TA Tech stack
