At Quinyx, we believe that "work should just work." But behind every seamless workforce management solution is a Finance team that keeps the engine humming. We are looking for a detail-obsessed Accounts Receivable Assistant to join us for a 12-month parental leave cover starting April 1st, 2026.
🎯 About the role
As a member of the Finance department and the revenue team, you will be a central part in paving the way for our continuous growth. You will work closely with our Revenue Controllers who are an essential part of the wider Finance department and are expected to deliver an exceptional service to our customers. Besides, the role will also include contacts with our customers across the globe. Our Head of Revenue Control will lead your day-to-day work and you will ultimately report to our CFO.
📝 What you’ll do
As part of the revenue team, you will be involved in:
Billing of customers for SaaS licenses and consultancy.
Managing reminders and the cash collection process.
Provide the sales organization with regular updates on late payments.
Managing customer accounts and information in our subscription billing system.
Supporting our Revenue Controller in reviewing and approving customer contracts for software licenses and consulting service agreements.
Dealing with all aspects of customer queries regarding invoiced fees and any detailed information that may be required.
Helping your Quinyx colleagues across the world with billing and revenue related questions.
As we strive to continuously work smarter and more efficiently, you will also be involved in projects aiming at improving our processes and ways of working.
✅ What we’re looking for
Experience from similar positions in accounts receivable where you have worked with large sets of financial data.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Swedish, since both languages are used in the contact with our clients.
✨ Nice to have (but not required)
Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in accounting or business administration.
Experience from working in a global, fast-paced scale-up environment.
Skills in European languages such as German, Dutch or Finnish.
