Project Manager
Projects don’t magically run themselves (sadly).
That’s where you come in. You’ll turn signed deals into smooth, successful customer deliveries—bringing order to complexity and momentum to moving parts. Working closely with sales, delivery, product, and customer teams, you’ll lead multi-country SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live (and the victory lap after). 🧩 The Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of projects sold by our sales team to our customers. You will lead all project activities, ensuring effective management of dependencies and risks while adhering to key timelines. Your role includes providing comprehensive status updates and reports to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, project team members, Project Managers, and steering committee stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You will be a key representative for commercial support in delivering quotes and plans for sales prospects. You will also lead initiatives, fostering a cohesive approach to project execution and ensuring alignment across all involved parties.
🔍 What you’ll do
Lead, manage and maintain the end-to-end lifecycle of customer projects, including planning, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives and successful project delivery.
Drive the project scope and objectives, ensuring active involvement and alignment from all key stakeholders. Understand customer needs and expectations, ensuring that project deliverables meet these requirements and drive customer satisfaction.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget; managing project timeline, budget and scope changes and ensuring that any alterations are assessed for impact, documented, and communicated effectively to all relevant parties.
Define and manage a governance structure for internal and external team members. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication between stakeholders across different departments.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and ensure project stability and successful delivery.
Lead Steering Committee forums for projects to manage key decisions and steering. Coordinate stakeholders to manage project issues and escalations in an effective manner for minimal damage.
Deliver projects following the Quinyx project methodology, while being able to identify where methods can be adjusted based on customer needs.
Navigate and advise the customer on Change Management measures that will have long-term benefit in adoption effectiveness.
Manage third-party collaboration to the project.
Leverage product knowledge to ensure the delivery of value by aligning project execution with business objectives.
Support Sales in contributing to closing deals and ARR growth.
Identify gaps and opportunities of existing customers for potential upsell and cross-sell to enhance value for our customers and decrease churn risk.
✅ What we’re looking for
Extensive experience managing multi-country business software (SaaS) implementation projects, demonstrating a strong track record in leading complex, large-scale initiatives.
Strong interest in and experience in implementing cloud-based software solutions.
Extensive consulting experience in managing and driving projects.
Be amazing at developing effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels, departments and geographies.
Highly organised and analytical, with a talent for overcoming obstacles through innovative and adaptive problem-solving.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
Work in our internal tools to keep track of your projects.
