Europe BDR Team Operations Lead
Are you both a sales rep and coach all in one package? Then buckle up, because we have the role for you!
BDR Operation Lead to Quinyx
Sales reps, assemble!
Quinyx is on a mission to make work, well, work! In a world full of inefficiencies and lack of control for the frontline hero, we are a team trying to bring order to that chaos. Our workforce management solutions are like the ultimate Infinity Gauntlet for scheduling and time reporting—powerful, flexible, and built to make work life smoother for a million users worldwide. Every shift we help organise, every timesheet we streamline, brings us closer to our goal: a world where happier employees create happier businesses. And that’s a mission worth suiting up for.
We’re now looking for a BDR superhero to operationally lead and mentor the European BDR team. Think Doctor Strange-level strategy with Spider-Man-level hustle: you’ll teach your avengers how to book meetings, dodge objections, and level up their selling skills faster than a multiverse jump.
About the role
As a Europe BDR Team Operations Lead, you will take on a pivotal "player-coach" role, blending the responsibilities of a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) with operational leadership for the local BDR team. In this dual role, you will continue to drive new business opportunities by prospecting, generating leads, and setting meetings with potential clients within the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), while also mentoring and supporting your local BDR colleagues to optimize team performance. You will ensure alignment with global strategies, oversee local KPIs, and foster a high-energy, collaborative team culture without formal managerial responsibilities. This role requires a balance of individual contribution, operational oversight, and team coaching to drive both personal and team success in the assigned market.
What you’ll be doing
Individual Contributor Responsibilities
Prospecting and lead generation: Engage mid-market and enterprise clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, social media, store visits, events, and other channels to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Pipeline management: Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects, consistently meeting reduced outbound activity targets (calls, emails, social outreach) to ensure a steady flow of meetings and opportunities.
Stakeholder engagement: Establish contact with key stakeholders, articulate how our solutions align with their needs and use cases, and set meetings with quality stakeholders for Account Executives (AEs).
Qualification: Use the MEDDPICC framework to qualify leads, uncover pain points, and identify metric proof points to support opportunity development.
Collaboration: Work closely with AEs, Solutions Engineers, and the Marketing team to convert prospects into qualified opportunities and align with regional campaigns.
Industry awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges in the EMEA market, adapting messaging to highlight competitor strengths and weaknesses.
Event participation: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to engage prospects and expand the company’s network.
Team Operations Lead Responsibilities
Team enablement and coaching

Manage workflows, territory assignments, and team KPIs to align with regional goals.
Partner with AEs and Marketing to align on priorities, campaigns, and lead quality.
What you’ll bring to the team
We don’t care exactly what you have done before, the most important thing is that you are the right person for the role. However, it is probably helpful if you can tick of some of these boxes:
Proven track record as a high-performing BDR or Senior BDR, with experience meeting or exceeding quotas for lead generation and pipeline creation.
Ability to coach and mentor peers, providing actionable feedback and fostering professional growth.
Strong organizational skills to balance individual contributor responsibilities with operational oversight.
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Proactive problem-solver with a data-driven approach to optimizing workflows and achieving KPIs.
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment, engaging mid-market and enterprise clients.
Familiarity with the local market, including industry trends and competitive landscape.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences and build rapport with stakeholders.
Proficiency CRM management and pipeline tracking.
Expertise in the MEDDPICC qualification framework or similar methodologies.
