We have a hybrid working set up and therefore you will be required to attend our Stockholm office minimum twice per week.
About the role
As an experienced Integration Specialist with a strong technical background and a service-oriented, customer-focused mindset, you will be joining our fantastic R&D team building smart, robust and scalable integration solutions. These will help customers to save time and errors by automating the provisioning of employee data from HCM or sales and budget data from Point-of-Sales and ERP systems to the Quinyx WFM platform.
You will bring integration expertise and a clear vision of creating value through successful customer projects into the integration team. You will have the opportunity to design custom workflows and contribute to further improve and develop our integration landscape and offering. We are using a low-tech integration middleware which allows for data transformation through drag & drop coding. To unleash its full potential you will use your XML and XSLT skills and sometimes even write some lines of JavaScript.
Your experience with SQL will help us to migrate legacy report functions depending on direct DB access to API based queries and workflows. Our goal is to increase customer satisfaction by professionally managing our own integration projects, supporting technical and non-technical customer stakeholders and delivering clever solutions with quick return on investment.
Your communication and organization skills are proven throughout several years of conducting technical SaaS implementations. What you’ll be doing
Working in a self-managing team based on Agile principles.
Design, develop and maintain integration workflows using our Babelway integration middleware.
Take full ownership of your projects and deliverables from kick-off to hypercare handling all customer communication in regards to integration.
Identify, implement and communicate best practices for integration projects and design.
Drive improvements in our integration landscape.
What you’ll bring to the team
In depth experience in integration development as part of implementation projects.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL and data transformation.
The ability to mentor colleagues to lift the competence of your team.
Experience in working in an Agile environment following agile methodologies.
A self-motivated attitude with a passionate approach to problem solving, collaboration and providing exemplary customer service.
Excellent English, both spoken and written.
Fluent language skills in German, Dutch or Swedish.
The WOW-factor
Background in software engineering/development.
Understanding of the WFM domain.
Prior experience with Babelway, Pentaho and other integration middleware tools.
Prior experience in API design and testing tools like Postman, JMeter etc.
Understanding of SQL databases.
Familiarity with API design principles and GitHub.
