We have a hybrid working set up and therefore you will be required to attend our Stockholm or London office minimum twice per week.
About the role
We’re looking for a content and SEO powerhouse who can take briefs and turn them into impactful, data-driven content strategies. You’ll be responsible for creating and optimizing content that not only ranks but also engages and converts.
You’ll work closely with a global team, collaborating with local spokes to ensure our messaging is consistent, culturally relevant, and aligned with our brand voice. Your ability to balance creativity with on-page SEO expertise will be key to driving organic growth and enhancing our digital presence.

What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute a global content and SEO strategy that aligns with Quinyx’s business goals and brand voice.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize existing content, and identify new opportunities to improve organic search performance.
- Collaborate with local market teams to ensure content is tailored to regional audiences while maintaining global consistency.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar, and provide actionable insights to improve rankings and traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure Quinyx remains at the forefront of search engine visibility.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other marketers to ensure content is visually appealing, technically sound, and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Proven experience in content creation and SEO, preferably in a global or multi-market environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SEMetrics) and content management systems (e.g., Hubspot).
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and local market spokes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- A creative thinker who can take ideas and funnel them into impactful content and SEO projects.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
The WOW-factor
- Experience working in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of technical SEO and email marketing.
- Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and their role in modern SEO strategies.
- Fluency in multiple languages (a plus but not essential).
