About the role
Sitting within the People and Workplace team and reporting into our Global Facilities Manager, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to run the day to day operations of the Stockholm office and support the Global Facilities Manager. This role is vital to the front office operations of our head office in Stockholm and therefore we are looking for someone who is able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
During this internship you will learn in detail about the day to day of front office operations, how to manage different priorities, visitors and customer management as well as supporting internal employees in the office.
This is a part time internship position, working four half days per week, ideally Monday through Thursday at our Stockholm office close to the Central Station.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting and running front office operations in our head office in Stockholm, Sweden.
Be the first point of contact for all office visitors, maintaining the reception and wider office presentation.
Manage the Reception/Lounge, meeting rooms and kitchen areas.
Manage courier and post operations.
Manage and order the office stationery, office consumables, food & beverages, office equipment, etc.
Be the first point of contact for employee requests via our internal ticketing system.
Support the Global Facilities Manager with any global projects.
