About the role
At Quinyx, compelling content is at the heart of our marketing strategy and is critical to building brand awareness, engaging our prospects, and delighting our customers. In this role you will have the autonomy to shape and deliver on our full funnel content marketing strategy across multiple audiences from planning to execution and fuel our next stage of growth.
In this pivotal role, you’ll guide and grow a team of talented content creators and creatives to develop engaging content across various channels. Your expertise in understanding customer motivations, coupled with your ability to measure content’s influence on business goals, will be crucial.
You will be working closely with different teams across the organization, leverage their deep expertise and build our audience. If you are passionate about storytelling, have a track record in content strategy and team leadership, we can’t wait for you to take our content to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand our customer audience of C-level executives, HR/Operations professionals, and their needs.
- Develop our global content strategy in conjunction with the marketing leaders that can scale across markets.
- Implement our content strategy by managing the content team & 3rd parties, monitor the performance of all content, and continuously identify ways to improve the performance and growth of the content strategy.
- Work with your team and across the organization to develop & execute new content ideas.
- Track engagement levels of all content and ensure the latest SEO techniques are implemented.
- Produce performance reports to help track the performance of the content strategy and ultimately contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Lead the small but mighty team of content creators, creatives, and third parties, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and account management teams.
Requirements:
- Solid experience of Software/SaaS marketing, preferable in content or product marketing.
- Strong commitment to engaging and delighting customers.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to tell compelling stories that excite.
- Attention to detail.
- Exceptional planning, communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in fun and fast-paced environments.
- Experience in all content formats, including video and podcasting.
- Knowledge of content distribution and measurement.
- Strong SEO skills.
- Experience in building and managing a team as well as third parties.
