About the role
As a member of the Finance department and the revenue team, you will be a central part in paving the way for our continuous growth. You will work closely with our Revenue Controllers who are an essential part of the wider Finance department and are expected to deliver an exceptional service to our customers. Besides, the role will also include contacts with our customers across the globe.
Our Head of Revenue Control will lead your day to day work and you will ultimately report to our CFO.
What you’ll be doing
Billing of customers for SaaS licenses and consultancy.
Managing reminders and the cash collection process.
Managing customer accounts and information in our subscription billing system.
Supporting our Revenue Controller in reviewing and approving customer contracts for software licenses and consulting service agreements.
Dealing with all aspects of customer queries regarding invoiced fees and any detailed information that may be required.
Be involved in our reporting to the board of directors and other stakeholders.
Helping your Quinyx colleagues across the world with billing and revenue related questions.
As we strive to continuously work smarter and more efficiently, you will also be involved in projects aiming at improving our processes and ways of working.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Swedish.
What you’ll bring to the team
Quality oriented with a focused customer service approach.
Able to work unsupervised and on own initiative with a proactive and flexible approach with a good eye for detail, excellent communication and numeracy skills.
Highly motivated self-starter, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Experience of working large sets of financial data.
A natural curiosity and desire to improve processes around you.
Ability to multitask.
The WOW-factor
Experience from previous positions in accounts receivable.
Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in accounting or business administration.
Experience of working in a global environment
Excellent skills in Microsoft office and/or Google Sheet
Experience of working in a fast-paced scale up environment
Speak other European languages such as German, Dutch or Finnish.
