About the role
As a part of the IT team, you will contribute to our world-class workforce and make sure that Quinyxers have the tools they need to be the best they can be. We supply the internal help to the best colleagues and we do it using the cutting edge tools. No day is the same and no task is impossible.
We are looking for a graduate with an education in the IT field who is looking to start their career at a tech company. If you are an energetic self-starter, full of ideas, love to roll up your sleeves and fix things, then please send us your CV!
What you’ll be doing
Solving tech issues for all our employees around the globe.
Taking care of all parts of the hardware cycle regarding Quinyx-owned hardware for employees in your dedicated office locations.
Setting up computer hardware so new employees are ready to work in accordance with their respective roles in line with company defined SLAs.
Lead IT Onboarding Process for your dedicated key locations.
Cover other location’s IT Onboardings during Team Members vacation periods, pick up some tasks were required to ensure important key processes/issues are not dropped.
Work as a Team to review current IT Practices and see if there are areas for improvement in regards to automation, optimisation to help streamline processes.
Take part in software system cost analysis projects to see how alternative solutions compare against what we currently have and propose possible improvements and new solutions.
Office & Meeting Room Hardware regular check-ups to confirm IT Equipment is in good working order, otherwise an IT plan of action project can be started to resolve any hardware issues.
Apply the most cost efficient approach when procuring hardware and software resources.
Managing different company system user licenses, access to systems based on role/department.
Regular contribution to our Internal IT Knowledge Base, with guides/updates to help employees understand process or systems more easily.
Being responsible for data security.
Help work on Networking upgrade Projects whenever the need arises.
Office Hardware renovations, upgrades & maintenance.

Along with working in the internal IT Team you will also closely work with:
HR Team: Helping with the Onboarding/Offboarding process for employees, office renovations and office relocations.
Information Security Team: taking actions to mitigate potential risks that fall under the IT teams domain, security projects and audits.
Various teams: Help integrate and migrate from systems over time.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize important tasks and be responsible for using your time constructively towards the team goals.
Team communication is key, tasks updates, potential solution discussions and updates on your current availability, sometimes a quick video call does the trick.
Experience with Networking is a plus.
Experience with MDM Solutions for both Mac or Windows is a plus.
