About the role
Quinyx is the leading all-in-one workforce management platform, helping millions to a better work-life and optimising companies' workforce management by utilising AI.
In this internship, you will learn how SAAS companies are structured and operate, with a focus on Operations and Implementation of our product into clients' business. You will get the exposure to the Quinyx systems and learn how to configure it; you will also learn how projects are run and managed, and will be able to join clients meetings and be involved in stakeholders management. You will also get exposure to other parts of Quinyx business and learn how different departments (including, Sales, Product, Customer Experience) cooperate with each other.
During the 6 month period, you will start with working on a test case to learn all you need to know about Quinyx WFM and AI. This work entails data collection, analysis and design, WFM and AI configuration, testing, evaluation of the result of the algorithms, and adjusting it to fit the customers' needs.
