The BDR Manager will manage a team of Business Development Representatives that are responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. They generate new business opportunities to fuel different business units pipeline by conducting strategic research and cold calling. You will play a key role as you lead/manage this highly visible and motivated team that achieves individual, team and organizational quotas.

What you’ll do

  • Hire, train and manage our London based team of Business Development Representatives
  • Achieve or exceed goals for qualified monthly appointments, monthly deals in the forecast, and annual revenue targets
  • Build strong relationship with field marketing, Business Development Managers and Country Managers across EMEA to build pipeline, plan accounts and qualify and nurture opportunities to ensure higher win rate
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
  • Meet with field marketing and BDRs to plan account and contact enrichment activities, ensure accurate tracking of activities, provide incentives against performance, and set daily prospecting activities
  • Manage daily, monthly and quarterly on team performance against targets
  • Work with sales operations, field marketing and sales enablement to ensure the BDRs are working from current persona, product value proposition, and operational conversation maps
  • Participate in quarterly regional sales meetings to discuss business and sales reviews
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of BDR team process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Proactively continue to learn competitive products and increase market knowledge via website, webinars, and publicly available information
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of Quinyx product and services as well as its positioning - the strengths and competitive advantages, the overall market and business drivers, the value proposition of the portfolio and the business value and be able to transfer the knowledge to the team 
  • Report directly into VP Sales, EMEA

  • You are a people person that can build high-performing teams
  • You have solid communication, organization and time management skills
  • You are proficient with management and reporting activities in CRM Salesforce
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working in selling enterprise software
