Quinyx is the market leader in SaaS Workforce Management. We are a fast-growing tech-company that enables customers to schedule, report time and dynamically forecast optimal labor costs against sales, while maintaining a smiling workforce.

We are now looking for a new colleague to join our great Customer Onboarding Team. You will be based in our newly opened Boston office and the US team is rapidly expanding. The office has a “start-up” feeling, so be prepared to take on a lot of responsibility in your role as we continue to grow the team and our US business. 

What you’ll do

  • Manage customer implementation projects from start to finish
  • Manage a great team of Quinyx Experts in larger projects. 
  • Being “hands on” and manage smaller projects
  • Gather functional and business requirements from client and translate into a functional hosted solution design, which meets customer needs and is within scope of Quinyx products/services
  • Drive business change and optimization together with our clients, as part of a implementation project, giving guidance to both use the system, and optimize business and employee engagement. 
  • Work with product management and the development organisation to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the Quinyx product suite
  • Have in depth knowledge about the system and be able to translate customer requirements into practical system solutions. 
  • Spread, establish and represent the unique Quinyx culture and our company values amongst your great colleagues, partners and our amazing customers world-wide and wherever you go

Skills!

  • 3-5 years experience in a Project Management role working for medium to large scale business software implementation projects
  • Strong interest and experience of implementing cloud based software, preferably Workforce Management solutions
  • Amazing at developing effective working relationships, both internally and externally at a variety of levels and departments
  • Organised and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive thinking
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to get up to speed on complex & difficult concepts with minimal assistance
