About the role
HR Business Partner is a key role in the HR team to enable and support specific business areas in a strategic and value added way. HRBPs will partner with dedicated business areas to deliver solutions and support to business leaders to improve employee experience, engagement, effectiveness and efficiency.
Reporting directly to the CHRO and working closely with the other HRBPs in the team as well as HR Administrators.
What you’ll be doing
Business Partnering
Collaborate with business leaders to gain an understanding of the business strategy and their objectives.
Develop HR initiatives that support the achievement of department goals.
Assist in designing and implementing performance management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees and managers.
Act as a point of contact for managers to address HR-related queries, concerns, and issues within the assigned business area.
Drive talent management initiatives including competency based talent assessment and succession planning.
Provide coaching to the business leaders.
Assist the business and HR leaders in managing organisational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and other significant changes. Guide employees and managers navigate transitions effectively.
Utilise HR data and metrics to analyse trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to the relevant business areas.
Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Review and analyse employee engagement surveys for the assigned business areas and provide recommendations.
Manage all employee relations cases from end to end.
Responsible for new hire onboarding sessions and supporting managers in building role specific onboarding plans.
Subject matter expert in dedicated geographical areas - Nordics
Act as a country level subject matter expert on employee relations matters, including legislation, regulations and process.
Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure that HR practices and policies are compliant.
Provide guidance on legal and regulatory requirements to the wider HR team.
HR Project Areas
Support the design and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities and contribute to professional growth.
Support organisations compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring that what is offered is aligned with the organisation's overall compensation philosophy.
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organisation, partnering with leaders to create an inclusive and equitable work environment.
Support employer branding initiatives.
What you’ll bring to the team
Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and OKRs to help drive business results.
Ability to read and interpret information / reports, identify trends and propose solutions based on data.
Strong business acumen.
Knowledge and/or experience with national and regional employment law.
Good grasp of HRM techniques and excellent people management skills.
Excellent mentoring and relationship building skills.
Ability to empathise with others and challenge when required.
Great communication and presentation skills.
Superb problem-solving skills.
A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee and union relations, etc.
Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organisation.
Strong change management and project management capabilities.
