Quinyx is the market leader in SaaS Workforce Management. We are a fast-growing tech-company that enables customers to schedule, report time and dynamically forecast optimal labor costs against sales, while maintaining a smiling workforce.

You will

  • Coordinate and take ownership of events/webinars/exhibitions in the U.S. ensuring that deadlines are met, that all necessary contents/assets are provided, that briefing and debriefing meetings are held with the team and that the event on the day itself goes according to plan
  • Localize content marketing assets. Coordinate, keep it up to date and optimize any material supporting our buyer journey
  • Support and follow up on-going marketing and PR campaigns
  • Handle U.S. social media conversation management together with colleagues from Digital Marketing,  as well as assisting in implementing the digital strategy through the use of Hubspot and other tools 
  • Monitor and report on competitors’ marketing campaigns and their impact.
  • Research, analyze and summarize market trends on a regular basis
  • Collect and analyze the feedback of previous or current marketing campaigns
  • Work with a team of international marketers from around the world (Sweden, UK, Germany etc) 
  • Learn: This opportunity will give you a chance to build your experience in Marketing and grow as a professional
  • Travel to Sweden and potentially other European countries for team meetings and the yearly goal trip

We would like

  • +2-3 years experience in a hands on marketing department or successful proven experience in a similar high growth environment
  • Digitally savvy (part of our marketing strategy is online) 
  • A problem solver and team player with a can-do/rolling up your sleeves attitude
  • A hands-on person, extremely motivated and ready to walk the extra mile; “No task is too small when it contributes to success” 
  • Project Management skills, organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Strong eye for details
  • An excellent communicator

WOW-factor

  • Experience working with Hubspot as a Marketing Automation platform and CMS
  • Experience from the Adobe Suite and a flair for graphic design
  • Strong copywriting skills - you love writing a good story
