The CRM Specialist is responsible for managing our organisations CRM ensuring the company can make the most out of Sales, Marketing and Operations opportunities.

You will

  • In cooperation with the respective department leads, planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company
  • Facilitate Sales, Marketing and Operations onboarding process by ensuring that new hires receive access to required CRM tools and systems
  • Quality assure the CRM platform structure and architecture works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
  • Facilitate and drive CRM skill development in Sales teams
  • Sales process development, enabling a combination of sales optimization, best practice CRM skill assessments and sales onboarding
  • Deliver Sales onboarding training for new hires, including tools and sales process training
  • Capture best practices and facilitate sharing across the global sales teams
  • Ownership of sales process definitions and ensure understanding of and compliance with key sales processes
  • Responsible for CRM sales training to enable quick and effective ramp-up times, as well as improve overall effectiveness/efficiency
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards and reports and own key Sales, Marketing and Operations key metrics
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted sales and marketing activities
  • Act as the subject matter expert for CRM, providing training on key processes (forecasting, activity reporting, etc.) and monitoring adoption and compliance
  • Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities

We would like you to 

  • have extensive experience of sales and marketing ideally from a SaaS industry
  • have strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • have experience of executing and delivering sales training
  • be passionate about developing and enabling others through quality coaching and training
  • have extensive experience and knowledge in CRM and in particular SalesForce
