About the role
Working with the Global Marketing Team which consists of a Brand Comm Team, Digital Team, Product Marketing and Regional Marketing (based in the Nordics, UK, Germany and US) and Netherlands Teams (Amsterdam and Rotterdam) this role is focused on delivering a high quality pipeline of new business opportunities (focused ICP areas include retail, hospitality and warehousing & logistics), and to develop the existing customer base for marketing and upsell purposes.
Marketing Campaigns: Create, execute and report on amazing campaigns and activities, targeting our top prospects and customers. These include:
Emails: newsletters, product emails, invitations.
Content generation: blogs, articles, social posts, web pages.
Events: organisation and project management of webinars and physical events e.g. exhibitions/fairs, breakfasts etc.
Create and execute lead generation campaigns, leveraging ABM (account-based marketing) tactics and other enterprise-focused, marketing activities across our channels.
Leverage marketing tools to support and drive a demand generation strategy in accordance with the Netherlands marketing and sales strategy.
Monitor and analyse the pipeline, and ensure that leads are followed-up through marketing & sales collaboration and automated cadences.
Social Media and Digital: Working closely with the digital team, you'll create engaging ads and social posts, update the website, animate local social channels, engage audiences on your market and increase our followers base.
Copywriting/Localisation: Write original copy in Dutch, and translate global assets (from English to Dutch) for your market, ensuring a high level of quality and compelling content.
Reporting and analysis: Create, manage and analyse status reports for your marketing KPIs and OKRs.
Systems and platforms: Use the sales and marketing systems (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, 6Sense, Asana, Canva, etc) to create Email Newsletters, Content Offerings, Webinars, etc.
Collaboration: Work closely with the local Netherlands Sales Team, Global Digital and Brand Communication teams in Stockholm, and other regional marketing teams who will support the Netherlands marketing efforts.
What you’ll bring to the team
A passion for marketing, with energy and a willingness to be fearless, bold and brave in everything you do.
Experience with delivering high quality pipeline using a variety of marketing tactics and nurturing methods.
An ability to work within a global marketing team, yet also work as an individual within the Netherlands, owning the plan and budget and making the decisions on what is needed.
The persona to be a team player and ensure that the sales and marketing relationship works to the advantage of the company.
A smiling can-do attitude with sleeves rolled up ready to jump straight in.
