About the role
Implementation Team Lead will be responsible for leading and growing the Australian team responsible for operations and customer support in the region.
You will work closely with the Account Executives, BDR’s (when/where applicable), Marketing, Implementation, Support and Product teams on tasks that help move larger company initiatives forward and drive overall business success. This will likely include cross collaboration and feedback on items each group is working on.
As a data-driven organisation, the Implementation Manager will be required to use a variety of measurement tools including Salesforce dashboards, and reports, scorecards, and surveys to gauge the effectiveness of your work within your team.
We require for the Implementation Team Lead to come into our office in Canberra min 2/3 days per week.
What you’ll be doing
Lead our Australian based team of Solutions Consultants and Technical Consultants
Achieve or exceed goals for project management, delivery of implementation milestones, customer account plans and quarterly customer account reviews.
Support the cultivation of relationships with decision makers in client organisations and AI Technology Partners securing new business and building on existing Partner relationships
Motivate individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
Manage daily, monthly and quarterly on team performance against targets
Participate in quarterly QBRs or regional sales meetings to support business and sales reviews
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Account Executive team process, efficiency, and productivity with theCRO.
Proactively continue to learn competitive products and increase market knowledge via website, webinars, and publicly available information
Monitoring and sharing insights around market trends, competitor landscape and new tools/innovations with the marketing and wider sales team
Demonstrate a clear understanding of Quinyx product and services as well as its positioning - the strengths and competitive advantages, the overall market and business drivers, the value proposition of the portfolio and the business value and be able to transfer the knowledge to the team
Work closely with the local Marketing, CSM and Revenue Operations team to ensure customer success across the whole Customer journey
What you’ll bring to the team
- You will be an agile and highly driven professional with a proven track record in managing a large and complex team with multiple responsibilities ranging from implementation, delivery, operations and development.
You have 5+ years experience as a leader with successful track record in hiring, coaching and motivating high performing teams
Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client and Partner organisations as well as influence purchase and buying decisions
Evidence of prior, consistent success exceeding or meeting targets
You are committed to a high standard or integrity and work ethic
You have solid communication, organisation and time management skills
You are proficient with management and reporting activities
You thrive in a fast paced environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
