Quinyx is the market leader in SaaS Workforce Management. We are a fast-growing tech-company that enables customers to schedule, report time and dynamically forecast optimal labor costs against sales, while maintaining a smiling workforce.

Why we need you

With the UK being our largest market to date and NL being launched in March 2019, we need someone to drive lead generation and brand building in those important markets. This role will work closely with the UK and NL Managing Directors to drive pipeline and ensure growth. In your role, you will act as a bridge between the global marketing team based in Stockholm and the local sales teams in the UK and NL to maximise the marketing efforts.

You’ll be working closely with the sales teams, the global marketing team in Stockholm, as well as with freelancers and other teams within Quinyx, especially product and sales, and report to the CMO based in Stockholm, Sweden.

You will

  • create and execute a marketing plan for UK and Netherlands and drive brand awareness through PR activities, which is aligned with the global marketing strategy
  • exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments in order to present results and make Quinyx more user-centric. Your data and knowledge sharing is rocket fuel
  • be responsible for implementing and adapting global and local digital campaigns in line with local market priorities across all channels
  • integrate the regional marketing plan with the partner marketing strategy supporting the business with awareness, leads and pipe contribution in line with quarterly targets
  • be responsible for planning, project lead and execute major customer, partner and prospecting events, fairs and trade shows
  • measure and analyse marketing program success and report on program metrics
  • work with customer advocacy through customer reference stories in close collaboration with the regional sales team
  • work with content creation to drive lead generation through nurturing programs
  • manage your own marketing budget

We would like you to

  • combine creativity and vision with the ability to work with insights and data
  • have a proven track record and experience from previous similar role and journey
  • have leadership experience from building and driving teams - and love to see them grow and succeed
  • have a self-starter attitude that’s comfortable with constant change
  • be a creative doer and a problem solver - you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and start creating what’s needed
  • be an all-round marketer, well familiar with the UK market and with modern marketing tools

Wow-factor

  • Experience from working in an international company and/or B2B SaaS environment
  • A combination of in-house and creative agency experience
  • Familiar with the Dutch market
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Hubspot
