Your work is rewarding in that it will directly impact the value realized by the customer and the ultimate success of the relationship. You will be part of a partly newly formed team and will get the opportunity to develop processes and ways of working together with the rest of the team.

What you’ll do

  • Grow relationships with key client contacts to ensure we add value at every step and ultimately get a client to promote us to their peers
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain relationships with certain customer contacts through proactive activities like reoccuring status meetings, customer forums etc
  • Work and cooperate close to the Customer Onboarding Team and Customer Service Team to find the best solutions to customer cases and issues. Gather information internally to be able to provide solutions to the customer
  • Work with our Product Team to ensure that customer feedback and requests regarding the product are communicated and prioritised
  • Develop subject matter expertise and deep product knowledge in order to provide valuable actionable recommendations to certain customers related to best practices in managing usage. In short: be able to help our customers be successful with Quinyx
  • Help us develop our Customer Success function to be the best one in the world (yes, the world)

Who you are

  • Team player with great communication and presentation skills
  • You have experience from similar B2B roles. If you have worked in a customer facing role with cloud based systems that would be awesome!
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and can create win-win environments for all parties you work with
  • You are an awesome colleague, accountable, willing to go the extra mile, always sees possibilities and have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality - completely prestigeless
  • A strong track record of being successful in similar roles
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

The WOW-factor

  • Experience of CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Experience within Workforce Management (if you have worked with Quinyx before we will get along very well)
