About the role
The mission of Quinyx’s marketing team is to become the world-leading brand that enables better work lives for millions of people by driving scalable growth through data, insights, and outstanding communication. We are honest, fearless, and bold.
As the marketing EMEA director (including the Nordic markets, UK, Germany, and the Netherlands), your key mission will be to lead the EMEA marketing team to reach its goals, ensure synergy across markets and team happiness. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of talented B2B marketers working with modern frameworks that focus on growth and scale.
You will report to the CMO and be a part of the marketing leadership team. The ideal candidate has a proven hands-on B2B marketing experience, leading efforts across demand generation, account based marketing, marketing operations, digital marketing, events, communications, and PR. An empathic leader with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, a unique knack for problem-solving, a strategic and data-driven approach, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and create high-performing teams.
What you’ll be doing
Responsible for the growth of the EMEA region and core KPIs, and operations
Creating and managing the marketing strategy across the EMEA region, helping us reach our goals.
Responsible for the EMEA Marketing budget (planning, executing, following-up)
Analyse KPI deviations & take actions when needed (our tech stack includes Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, Google Suite, Slack, Superset, Canva and 6sense)
Supply CMO with analyses of business value generated across EMEA as well as other ad hoc analysis
Support the team by guiding the high-level tactics needed to execute their local marketing strategies, covering a wide spectrum including campaign management (lead/demand generation, ABM), event management, PR, brand building, and customer marketing
Make sure third-party and agency agreements are consistent with overall objectives and offer guidance when needed
Continue to build on and adjust the strategic direction for the 1-3 year plan
Work closely with your sales counterparts to ensure that your go-to-market strategies, goals, ICP, and target accounts are aligned
Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders such as Product, Brand and Digital Marketing to create scale and execute your strategy
What you’ll bring to the team
You’re a great leader and love to grow and develop teams
Previous B2B saas experience (preferably)
You’ve worked in an international setting and managed several countries/regions
Strong business acumen and strong in data and business analysis/company strategy
Smarketing mindset: you are convinced that the key to success is a close collaboration between marketing, sales, and the BDR team, as well as an alignment with the wider company and strategy.
Strong communication skills, fluent in English
