We’re now looking for a Manager of our awesome Customer Onboarding Team (COT) based in London, UK and as we’re growing fast you will be an integral part of a company set out to make our customers Enjoy Work even more :)

Your work is rewarding in that it will directly impact the value realised by the customer and the ultimate success of the relationship. In order to succeed you must have a focus on supporting and developing the team, and also have the experience to know how to handle yourself in an implementation project. Our Customer Onboarding Team (COT) is a vital part of the organisation, managing the 140+ implementation projects we are currently working on. With your experience within Project Management, you will support the team and make sure our projects are a success.

What you’ll do!

Responsible for developing and strengthening the team to ensure great delivery of our implementation projects, with the end goal of helping our customers be successful.

  • Make sure our customers love using Quinyx
  • Lead, and take care of our awesome Customer Onboarding Team in the UK and Germany
  • Coach and follow up team members in their project roles. You will both support team members, develop their project skills, and also be actively involved in key projects when needed
  • Work very closely with the Manager for Customer Onboarding Nordics (the best colleague you’ll ever have). Even though you will have your direct reports COT works as one team, which will be key to the teams, and your, success.
  • Be the co-owner and driver of developing our methodology and ways of working
  • Coordinate both proactive and reactive actions for customers, together with the rest of Quinyx, however mainly with the Sales, Customer Success, Support and Product Owner teams
  • Be the main strategic contact and point of escalation for project related issues

Who you are!

  • You are an awesome colleague, accountable, willing to go the extra mile, always sees possibilities and have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality 
  • +5 years of experience within Project Management and +3 years managing a team.
  • You have experience with running complex implementation projects of SaaS solutions, preferably working internationally (but not essential) 
  • Leadership - inspirational, lead distributed teams, believes in self-leadership
  • Thick skin - most discussions with our customers will be full of joy, others full of frustration. You are used to handling these kinds of situations
  • Experience of working with customers around complex IT-systems
  • A keen interest in learning about Quinyx
  • Fluent in English.
