Why we need you

The Customer On-boarding Team (COT) is the team that leads our customer success with Quinyx. Taking care of and guiding the customer to help them reach their goals within Workforce Management is a vital part of Quinyx success. The work we do impacts the whole organisation, from senior management to each employee

Project management and implementation is paramount and lays the foundation for this success. Done correctly and effectively, this will take customer’s business needs into account, ensuring a smooth and effective application of our product

As Customer On-boarding Manager, you’ll be overseeing the team dedicated to executing this process to new and existing customers.

You will:

  • Manage, and develop our project delivery process, from receiving the handover document from sales to handing the project over to Customer Services
  • Involve the “COT” members to contribute to the development of the team and the personal development of individuals within the team. In short: Make sure everyone is happy at work!
  • Take responsibility for results including budgeting, forecasting, follow-up and actions to meet targets. Plan and organise the team and the workload to meet the objectives set
  • Be the first point of escalation when problems arise in the project-phase

We would also want to see:

  • An awesome colleague, accountable, willing to go the extra mile, always see’s possibilities and has a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality
  • You will have experience in Project Management and a wealth of knowledge of managing experienced and successful teams
  • Experience with running complex implementation projects, preferably having worked internationally
  • Adopting an inspirational leadership mentality and leading by example
  • A tenacity to handle good and challenging situations with customers  
  • Experience from working with customers around complex IT-systems
  • A keen interest to immerse yourself in the Quinyx technology
  • Fluent in English (German would be a nice to have but not essential)
