Quinyx continues to scale internationally, especially in our London office, during this exciting period of growth.  As a result, our sales team play a significant role in our ongoing success so we’re looking to onboard passionate, motivated people looking for a rewarding career in software sales.

You will become a vital part of Quinyx’s success by thinking of innovative ways to close new opportunities. As Inside Sales Representative and with the assistance of the Business Development team, you will develop a strategic plan to source and develop business opportunities in your assigned territory along with expanding on inbound enquiries and developing them into long term clients. 

In addition

  • You’ll close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • You'll cultivate relationships with key decision-makers (C-level/VPs/Directors) and strive to become a trusted advisor
  • Build on inbound leads, establishing contact and booking in demo's quickly and efficiently
  • Perform effective online demonstrations & value shows to prospects
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • You’ll work to provide a compelling story, create a spark and piquing interest  
  • You'll manage your pipeline to meet quota expectations
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Work closely with the rest of the Inside Sales team.
  • Identifying potential opportunities for new business within other parts of the company.

We want to give you all the tools you need to deliver so you’ll receive formal training in London and Sweden to become an expert in our tech. In addition, you will be supported by your manager and the rest of your team to set you up for success!

Who you are

  • You'll have a track record of success selling to mid-market and SMB companies
  • Have the ability to manage, track and report a sales pipeline
  • Have experience closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner with C/VP level executives
  • Be skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
  • Have a keen interest in SaaS and passion to work for a fast-paced, tech startup!

You are comfortable interacting with key stakeholders within your territory and articulating yourself, be it on the phone, on email or through other methods you deem to be the most lucrative when building a pipeline.

You’ll be able to adapt your pitch to the market based on industry needs and feel confident challenging the status quo.

You will also:

  • Be working in a closing sales role already
  • Confident selling SaaS or tech solutions to clients direct
  • Embrace working closely with a team in an international environment
  • Ideally, be fluent in English or Swedish
