We’re now looking for a great Sales Executive based in Stockholm and as we’re growing fast you will be an integral part of a company set out on a mission to make our customers Enjoy Work even more :)

We know you are out there, the enthusiastic Sales Executive who want to be a key member of our sales team. You will be responsible for new sales and business development, meaning that you will establish strategic business relationships with new clients, with the aim to create great client satisfaction and maximize revenue results for Quinyx. You will work close to marketing and support all current go-to-market strategies. Your target group will be possible clients that employ between 300 to 10,000 located both in Sweden and abroad.

In order to succeed in this team, you must have the passion and energy to work in the entrepreneurial and fast paced environment that is Quinyx.

In this role, you get to

  • Create, develop and own your pipeline
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key people and Executives of companies and organisations in various industries
  • Develop, present and deliver high-impact value based demonstrations and presentations
  • Leverage and drive Quinyx’s sales process, collaborating in a team sales environment with support teams (Sales Engineers, Sales Manager, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Delivery and Customer Success) to effectively close new client deals
  • Create sales tactics and strategies to maximize sales and profitability
  • Work closely with partners to create a fruitful collaboration
  • Grow business (revenue) with some existing client(s), by identify all client needs and goals that can be served, and sell “value-add” solutions as appropriate

Who you are!

  • Several years of documented and successful experience in ERP, larger Software sales or sales in segments with a similar market structure
  • You have been involved in large complex transactions and are accustomed to negotiating
  • Skilled at initiating, executing and closing large sales opportunities both in Sweden and internationally
  • You are a proven communicator/presenter
  • Comfortable working in MS Office, Google Docs and Salesforce
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

WOW-factor

  • Experience from workforce management or a SaaS business
  • Experience of working within the retail sector in Sweden
