Key Account Manager

We’re now looking for an outstanding Key Account Manager based in London and as we’re growing fast you will be an integral part of a company set out to make our customers Enjoy Work even more :).

In this role you will be responsible for sales of our SaaS based solutions into our existing UK customer-base. The role will require a mix of driving new revenue and maintaining and managing key relationships.

You will grow your business and use your business development and communication skills to bring out the best in each individual client opportunity. The Key Account Manager is accountable for the growth of our existing clients and you will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure that clients are supported and remain successful with Quinyx.

In order to succeed in this team, you must have the passion and energy to work in the entrepreneurial and fast paced environment that is Quinyx.

What you’ll do!

  • Create and uncover new opportunities within our existing clients
  • Continuously develop an extensive set of relationships across the client-base
  • Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of our solution
  • Work cross functionally with Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, and Sales Engineering teams to solve customer challenges and deliver outstanding results
  • Work together with the Sales Manager to develop sales objectives and strategies in order to maximise sales revenue and profitability
  • Ensure that your quotas are delivered, monthly, quarterly and yearly
  • Manage the sales process, utilising metrics and providing sales forecasts

Key skills

  • Experience with business development within the software industry, preferably SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to create and uncover opportunities
  • Highly developed communication skills and a positive demeanour
  • You are an awesome colleague, accountable, willing to go the extra mile, always sees possibilities and have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality - completely prestigeless
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
