We’re now looking for a great Customer Success Director based in London, UK and as we’re growing fast you will be an integral part of a company set out to make our customers Enjoy Work even more :)

Your work is rewarding in that it will directly impact the value realised by the customer and the ultimate success of the relationship. In order to succeed in leading team, you must have the passion and energy to work in the entrepreneurial and fast paced environment that is Quinyx.

What you’ll do!

Responsible for developing and strengthening the relationship with customers and managing a team in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, happiness and retention.

  • Make sure our customers love using Quinyx
  • Lead our awesome CSM team. The team-size will grow with the growth of the Annual Recurring Revenue of Quinyx
  • Be the owner and main driver of development-areas around CSM
  • Coordinate both proactive and reactive actions for customers, together with the rest of Quinyx, however mainly with the Sales, Implementation, Support and Product Owner teams
  • Be the main strategic contact and point of escalation, for set of selected customers, based on size and strategic value
  • Be the second point of escalation, for the customers of the team-members

Who you are!

  • You are an awesome colleague, accountable, willing to go the extra mile, always sees possibilities and have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality - completely prestigeless
  • +3 years within CSM and +3 years managing a team
  • Leadership - inspirational, lead distributed teams, believe in self leadership
  • Thick skin - some discussions will be full of joy, others full of frustration. You are used to handle these kind of situations
  • Experience from working with customers around complex IT-systems and you should have a keen interest learning about Quinyx
  • Fluent in English. Another language like Swedish, German, Dutch is a plus
