What you’ll do!

Responsible for developing and strengthening the relationship with customers and managing a team in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, happiness and retention.

  • Make sure our customers love using Quinyx
  • Lead our awesome CSM team. The team-size will grow with the growth of the Annual Recurring Revenue of Quinyx
  • Be the owner and main driver of development-areas around CSM
  • Coordinate both proactive and reactive actions for customers, together with the rest of Quinyx, however mainly with the Sales, Implementation, Support and Product Owner teams
  • Be the main strategic contact and point of escalation, for set of selected customers, based on size and strategic value
  • Be the second point of escalation, for the customers of the team-members

Who you are!

  • You are an awesome colleague, accountable, willing to go the extra mile, always sees possibilities and have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality - completely prestigeless
  • +3 years within CSM and +3 years managing a team
  • Leadership - inspirational, lead distributed teams, believe in self leadership
  • Thick skin - some discussions will be full of joy, others full of frustration. You are used to handle these kind of situations
  • Experience from working with customers around complex IT-systems and you should have a keen interest learning about Quinyx
  • Fluent in English. Another language like Swedish, German, Dutch is a plus
