As an Account Executive (AE) you will be responsible for selling our SaaS based solutions. You will grow your business and use your business development skills to bring out the best in each individual client opportunity.
Requirements:
- Experience as a quota carrier with proven results in over-achieving against targets in a HCM or WFM SaaS business
- Results oriented, “Hunter” type sales personality
- Solution-based approach to sales, managing complex sales processes
- Excellent presentation skills and active-listening skills
- Crisp and clear written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Create and own a sales pipeline to manage customer lead intake, outbound activity, prioritisation and metrics for measurement of deal status
- Ensure that your sales quotas are delivered, monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Manage your sales process, utilising the MEDDPICC sales methodology and providing accurate sales forecasts in SFDC (Salesforce).
- Continuously develop an extensive set of relationship at C-Level, VP and Director levels across companies and industry categories
- Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of our solution to current and prospective clients
- Gather and document customer requirements, understanding their business needs and IT plans, think strategically about their needs and address through framework of our solutions
- Develop sales objectives and strategies in order to maximise sales revenue and profitability

Quinyx was founded by our CEO Erik Fjellborg when working at McDonald’s as a student. After seeing how difficult it was for managers to manually schedule the staff, Erik created the scheduling tool Quinyx. McDonald’s loved the solution and became the first customer.
