About the role
As a WFM and AI Application Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and a trusted advisor that maximizes the value of their Quinyx solutions for them. You will be responsible for managing global projects of varying complexity and size. Identifying client problems, requirements and constraints help you to match & configure our solutions for our customers and partners. You’ll be using our AI-powered solutions to deliver more mature ways of working with our customers.

What you’ll be doing
- To our customers, you will be the expert of our AI-powered WFM suite. You will be responsible for implementing our products and solutions to meet client requirements together with others in our Implementation and R&D team.
- Working internationally and driving implementation projects for middle and enterprise-size customers worldwide in various business domains such as retail, hospitality, logistics & warehousing, and healthcare. - Gather functional and business requirements from clients and translate these into a functional solution design that meets the customer’s needs, provides maximum solution value, and is within the scope of Quinyx’s products/services.
- Work with the product management and development organization to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the Quinyx product suite.
- Be part of the sales process, supporting your colleagues in sales to bring in new exciting customers to Quinyx.
- Speaking Fluent English and (preferably) Swedish.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Strong interest in and experience with implementing cloud-based software solutions.
- Consulting experience in managing and driving projects.
- Be analytical, a problem-solver, solution-oriented, and able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive thinking.
- Be amazing at developing effective working relationships externally and internally at various levels and departments.
- Have a self-starter attitude with the ability to get up to speed on complex & difficult concepts.
The WOW-factor
- Experience with implementing or designing AI solutions.
- Experience leading technical aspects of HR Transformation projects.
- You have worked a vision on the position of AI within workforce management.
