About the role 

We are building one of the most successful AI-Driven Workforce Management solutions that empower the workforce in service industries to make people and businesses grow.

As a Frontend Developer, you will join one of our strong cross-functional distributed agile teams. You will be working with other frontend & backend developers, QA engineers, product managers, and designers.

At the same time, you will be part of the Frontend Engineering Team which is always striving to use modern technologies, keeping ourselves updated on the news in the frontend community, and aiming to be early adopters of new stable releases. Everyone on the team deeply cares about the overall experience of our application and has a lot of fun while building solutions together.

What you’ll be doing

• Being part of the SaaS B2B product development team, bringing new ideas and designing solutions from beginning to end.
• Working with the latest technologies in frontend and web development such as React, Next.JS, Webpack, SASS, Jest, React Testing Library, React-Query, React hook forms, Sentry, and TypeScript.
• Developing one of the core Quinyx products, adding new features, and optimizing client-side performance.
• Being part of a culture where we promote learning and growth with code reviews, pair programming, conferences, and workshops where we deep-dive into certain areas of frontend web development as a team to have fun, learn, and share knowledge and experiment together.

What you’ll bring to the team

• A couple of years of professional experience developing frontend projects on React.
• A natural curiosity and desire to improve processes around you.
• An entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to problem solve any issues that arrive.
