Customer Service Advisor

We’re now looking for a great Customer Service Advisor based in Stockholm, Sweden and as we’re growing fast you will be an integral part of a company set out to make our international customers Enjoy Work even more.

In order to succeed in this team, you must have the passion and energy to work in the entrepreneurial and fast paced environment that is Quinyx and always be able to walk the extra mile for your colleagues and our customers!

What you’ll do

  • Support all international Quinyx customers in various channels (emails, phone, social media and on site if needed)
  • Analyzing data and proactively ensure that customers are kept updated and are happy with Quinyx
  • Be a generally nice colleague. Give someone a pat on the back, fetch a coffee for someone, tell your colleague that he/she looks nice in that new haircut (even if it might not be true)
  • Assist in building processes and procedures to ensure a fantastic customer service
  • Escalate issues to other areas of Quinyx and make sure these are handled upon
  • Gather information from our customers and give input on development of our system

Who you are

  • You are passionate about service and customers
  • You’re a great communicator, patient and pedagogical - meaning that you can repeat the same thing more three times and keep your nice, pleasant voice
  • You like Game of Thrones. This in non negotiable
  • You have an ability to work and prioritize under a hectic work environment
  • You have a technical interest. You are willing to learn new systems, SQL etc
  • You will need to be fluent in English and Swedish

The WOW-factor

  • Fluent in a third language (German would be awesome, but Spanish or French would be pretty impressive as well)
  • Experience from an international B2B customer service
  • Experience from working with Quinyx on a manager level
