We are looking for a motivated and energetic Product Marketing Manager to join our growing global marketing team. A Product Marketing Manager with a deep understanding and strong experience in customer journeys and customer engagement.
About the role:
As our Product Marketing Manager, Customer Engagement, you report to our Head of Product Marketing and will be responsible for designing and implementing an effective marketing strategy to engage our customer base throughout all stages of the customer journey. You’re passionate about creating highly engaging campaigns to drive retention, growth and advocacy and have proven success with creating B2B marketing strategies to improve product adoption, customer engagement and retention.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and implement programs that deliver customer engagement, product adoption,renewals and upsell
Work closely with other PMM’s to announce product releases to our global customer base
Implement and execute on automated in-app customer engagement flows and onboarding tours
Partner with (product) marketing and customer success on customer events, webinars, case studies, advisory boards and customer community
Work closely together with our product team and local marketing teams to ensure we are including our customer’s voice when launching new products
Incorporate a strategy to increase user reviews on software review sites like G2 and Capterra
Act as the dot connector between product, marketing, customer success and our customer onboarding team
Work closely together with our Analytics team and analyse upsell, renewal and cross-sell data to fuel growth
Act as key internal stakeholder for customer-facing communications and work and collaborate cross functionally
Proven record of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and customer marketing/customer advocacy/customer engagement
Experience using marketing, sales and customer success tooling like Salesforce, Hubspot and Intercom
Strong passion for serving and understanding our customers
Self-starting, confident individual able to perform in an agile environment
