About the role
As our new Marketing Manager UK, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the marketing plan and the management of the UK marketing budget.
Working collaboratively with the wider marketing department, the sales and customer success teams and our partner PR and digital agencies, you will be leading efforts across demand generation, marketing operations, digital marketing, events, PR and communications.
We are looking for a new colleague who has a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a strategic hat, great knowledge and understanding of the SaaS B2B sales cycle, a unique knack for copywriting, and clever problem solving, coupled with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

What you’ll be doing
Demand generation: come up with ideas and execute successful lead generation campaigns, leveraging ABM tactics and other B2B marketing techniques across all channels, in line with our strategy, and targeting our top prospects and customers.
Events: organise and project manage online and in-person events such as exhibitions/fairs, roundtables, expert speaker webinars, dinners etc.
Social Media and Digital: working closely with our digital team to create engaging ads and social posts, manage the website, animate local social channels, engage audiences on your market and increase our followers base.
Content generation: create fabulous pieces of content, from landing pages promoting an event to blogs aimed at our target verticals and customer success stories.
PR & Communications: run a number of PR campaigns throughout the year - together with our PR agency - to promote our brand and product, and spread the word about the importance of employee engagement.
What you’ll bring to the team
Still up for the challenge? Here is what our ideal candidate would be like:
- 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally in Tech / SaaS companies.
- Proven experience in growth marketing/lead generation.
- A commercial mindset with a creative twist, and lots of fresh ideas.
- Someone who loves working in fast-paced and fluid environments, comfortable working remotely and with teams based in other countries (our marketing team is spread across 5 countries!).
- The ability to work autonomously, but also in a highly collaborative environment. One of our team’s mottos is “sharing is caring”, we love to bounce ideas off of each other!
- The ability to create, manage and analyse status reports for your marketing KPIs.
- Strong copywriting skills. A great writer with a knack for eye-catching headlines and impeccable written English!
- Great stakeholders management skills, and the ability to work efficiently with other teams, external suppliers and partners at all levels.
- Demonstrated high proficiency with a variety of commonly used sales and marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, Slack).
