About the role 

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Enablement Director to help drive the success of our sales team and all new sales hires. This position requires constant collaboration with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing and Solutions teams to continue to refine and execute on the skill development strategy. In this role, you will design and deliver the onboarding experience to new sales team hires and help prepare them prior to their arrival through their first few months. As a member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for leading and driving the execution and continuous improvement of the Sales program. You’ll partner with our internal teams to turn new initiatives, products and campaigns into attractive value adds for our sales team to deliver.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coach and train sales teams on best practices and sales methodologies
  • Facilitate remote and in-person training (post-COVID) for sales team members including management
  • Discover and diagnose friction in the buyer journey; then create, implement and successfully execute solutions
  • Evaluate and redesign sales training materials used by revenue teams
  • Develop scalable growth programs and processes for key teams
  • Own and iterate on strategy and execution of onboarding, including defining the various team competency milestone and potential certification program
  • Support Go-to-Market managers and Leadership team in executing effective change management
  • Manage various enablement projects and coordinate all Go-to-Market enablement activities
  • Design, implement, update and manage team Playbooks
  • Have a hand in the direction, strategic analysis, and growth of the Enablement function at Quinyx
  • Facilitate effective communication with the sales teams, delivering information to the teams while also capturing field insights
  • Build and maintain a training dashboard to provide insights into skill development and progress against milestones for both new hire onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
  • Provide input to hiring process to ensure highly qualified team members are selected for open positions
  • Assist in the creation of onboarding plans for sales roles to accelerate the impact of new hires after a company wide onboarding for all new hires

To be successful in this role

  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide business programs, ideally in a SaaS B2B selling environment.
  • Experience supporting a global sales team (preferred)
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing domain areas strongly preferred (e.g. Sales Operations, Sales, Sales Training, CRM, Sales Portals)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with common sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, Sandler, etc.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and instructor led classroom learning
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are also desired along with strong time management and organizational skills.
