About the role

We are looking for a new colleague to join our fantastic Customer Service Team and you will be based in our rapidly expanding Boston office. Your Customer Service colleagues will be based in Europe as we start building our team in the US, so be prepared to take on a lot of responsibility in your role as we continue to grow the team and our US business. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Support all international Quinyx customers in various channels (emails, phone, social media and on-site when needed). The focus will be on our US-based customers.
  • Analyse data and proactively ensure that customers are kept updated and are happy with Quinyx.
  • Assist in building processes and procedures to ensure fantastic customer service.
  • Escalate issues to other areas of Quinyx and make sure these are acted upon.
  • Use your knowledge of the system to support our project teams when implementing Quinyx together with our new US-based customers.
  • Be part of building the Quinyx Customer Service team in the US. 
  • Support customers throughout all US time zones, so flexible working hours, and evening work from time to time, will be needed. 

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Passion about service and customers.
  • Great communicator, patient and pedagogical.
  • Ability to work and prioritize in a hectic work environment.
  • Willingness to move outside of your area of responsibility to support other departments and Quinyx continuous growth.
  • Technical interest and also be willing to learn new skills, e.g. SQL.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.

The WOW-factor

  • You speak more languages than English.
  • Experience from working with WFM/HCM/Payroll or SaaS systems
  • Experience from an international B2B customer service.

Notes about the roles: 

Normal working hours are 8.00-17.00, or 9.00-18.00

There is weekend work required (Saturday and Sunday). Weekend work will be divided among the members of the team. To start with this means weekend work every third weekend. When working weekends you get two other days off that week (still a five day work week).
