About the role

As a Solution Architect, you will take high-level customer/business requirements and translate them into cost-effective technical, functional, and operational design. 

You will support the Quinyx project team, and the customer, to successfully implement the Quinyx system. This will be done by taking lead in large projects with a focus on solution design and configuration. The Solution Architect will also act as a specialist resource within certain projects with high complexity. The focus will then be to take lead in the solution design phase and/or actively support complex issues. This will be done either by actively taking part in meetings/workshops together with the customer or by supporting colleagues in solution design.  

What you’ll be doing

  • Together with our customers, and the Quinyx project team, successfully implement Quinyx. 
  • Having a leading role in large projects, acting as the primary Solution Designer.
  • Supporting large and/or complex projects. This can be done either as part of the project resource plan or if an unplanned need arises in a project.
  • Designing Integration- and process flows
  • Having detailed and in-depth knowledge of the Quinyx system and how it can relate and be connected to other systems.
  • Understand and contribute to all parts of the customer journey within Quinyx, starting with the sales process. 
  • Being able to take lead in solution design, using experience to propose the best Quinyx design for a customer. Take lead in design workshops. Map the business requirements to various aspects of the solution (advise on integrations, help decide configuration, understand and challenge customer needs based on best practices)
  • Taking a proactive approach in projects to resolve issues. Escalate to Project Manager or Team Lead/Manager if needed. 
  • Supporting the sales organisation in processes where more in-depth product knowledge is needed.
  • Working with product management and the development organisation to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the Quinyx product suite.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Be analytical, problem solver, solution-oriented, and able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive thinking.
  • Be amazing at developing effective working relationships externally and internally at a variety of levels and departments.
  • Have a self-starter attitude with the ability to get up to speed on complex & difficult concepts.
  • Have knowledge about SOAP and REST APIs, being able to support customers, third party integrators and colleagues. 
  • Have knowledge about SQL.
  • Collaborate with the development team on what to build, to the testing team on what tests to run and to the client/customer on what to expect from the end product.
  • Be technically proficient with a desire to stay up to date with technology trends
  • Speak fluent Swedish and English

  • Experience in the implementation of Workforce Management / HCM / Talent Management / Payroll or SaaS software.
