About the role

We are looking for a new colleague to join our fantastic Customer Service Team and you will be based in our rapidly expanding Hamburg office. You will be part of the German team and also the Customer Service team of 11 people in Stockholm. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Support all international Quinyx customers with their tech questions in various channels (emails, phone, and on-site when needed). The focus will be on our Germany-based customers.
  • Escalate issues to other areas of Quinyx and make sure these are acted upon.
  • Use your knowledge of the system to support our project teams when implementing Quinyx together with our Germany-based customers.
  • Be part of building the Quinyx Customer Service team in Germany. 

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Passion about service and customers.
  • Great communicator, patient and pedagogical.
  • Ability to work and prioritize in a hectic work environment.
  • Willingness to move outside of your area of responsibility to support other departments and Quinyx continuous growth.
  • Technical interest and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
  • Fluent German and English.

The WOW-factor

  • You speak more languages
  • Experience from working with WFM/HCM/Payroll or SaaS systems
  • Experience from an international B2B customer service.
